At Fifth Season Landscapes we have always had the philosophy that employing a young workforce requires us to train and mentor them well. The benefits of starting with a blank canvas means we can mould our team in the ethos of Fifth Season Landscapes and how we’d like to see each person develop professionally.
Currently three of our construction foreman and one of our garden maintenance team leaders have come through the FSL apprenticeship system. For us this is a testament to the time and effort put in by each individual. At FSL we strive towards a common goal of growth in the industry and within the business. We like to think that having Landscape Design, Swimming Pools, Landscape Construction and Garden maintenance arms to the business allows us to provide variety and options to all our team members to advance in the industry.
Recently Fifth Season Landscapes partnered with a great organisation https://bandu.org.au/ to provide employment opportunities to a group of young people that might not have always had the chance to live and work in Sydney.
We are always on the lookout for new and enthusiastic apprentices, so if you or anyone you know is interested in learning more about Fifth Season Landscapes or the industry please reach out via https://www.5thseason.com.au/contact/
